Our Process
How Roof Installation Works In Surrey
01
Assessment & Quote
A full inspection with photos, or a plan review for new builds, followed by a written, itemized quote for the complete installation.
02
Deck Prep & Underlayment
On replacements the old roof is stripped and the deck repaired; on new builds we verify the sheathing. Then underlayment and ice and water shield go down.
03
New Roof System Install
Flashing, ventilation and your chosen outer material installed to manufacturer spec as one complete system.
04
Clean-Up & Warranty
Full magnetic nail sweep, debris haul-away, and your material + workmanship warranty documents.
