Roof Installation Built For Coquitlam Homes
Coquitlam gets some of the heaviest rainfall in Metro Vancouver, and that shapes every roof we install here, from new builds on Burke Mountain to family homes in Westwood Plateau and older roofs around Austin Heights. We install complete roof systems with upgraded underlayment and drainage details for high-rain exposure, and we regularly work with townhome strata councils as well as single-family homeowners.
Why Coquitlam Homeowners Choose Scarlet

- Strata-friendly process: clear written scopes, scheduled timelines and tidy job sites that work for townhome complexes as well as detached homes.

01
Assessment & Quote
A full inspection with photos, or a plan review for new builds, followed by a written, itemized quote for the complete installation.

New Roof System Install
Flashing, ventilation and your chosen outer material installed to manufacturer spec as one complete system.
04
Clean-Up & Warranty
Full magnetic nail sweep, debris haul-away, and your material + workmanship warranty documents.
