I had a great experience with Scarlet Roofing. Their team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the work being done,…
HomeAbout Us
Built On The Roof, Not Behind A Desk
Scarlet Roofing & Gutters is a BC-based crew focused on Vancouver, Delta and Victoria, and has spent over a decade keeping homes dry through some of the wettest winters in the country.
Our Story
Started By Roofers Who Were Tired Of Bad Ones
Scarlet Roofing & Gutters was founded on a simple frustration: too many Lower Mainland homeowners were getting rushed quotes, vague contracts, and crews that disappeared halfway through the job.
We set out to do the opposite: inspect properly, quote honestly, and finish what we start. That approach has grown us from a two-person repair crew into a full roofing and gutter contractor focused on Vancouver, Delta and Victoria, and working across the wider BC coast, without losing the habits that got us here: showing up on time, communicating clearly, and standing behind our work long after the invoice is paid.
Today our crews handle everything from a single leak repair to a complete tear-off and re-roof, and from a section of sagging gutter to a full built-in gutter rebuild, always under the same WCB-covered operation.
What We Stand For
The Values Behind Every Job
Honesty First
Written quotes with real numbers. No bait pricing, and no vague "allowances" that balloon later.
Real Craftsmanship
Proper flashing, correct nailing patterns, and manufacturer-spec installs. Those are the details that decide whether a roof lasts.
Local Accountability
We live and work in the communities we serve, so our name and number are attached to every roof we touch.
Clear Communication
You'll know the schedule, the scope, and who to call, from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
