This Delta home's original wood fascia had started to rot at the corners, and the siding below it was showing its age. Rather than patch each separately, we tackled the fascia, soffit, and siding as one coordinated exterior job.
We stripped the damaged fascia boards back to solid wood, capped the eaves in low-maintenance metal fascia, and installed vented soffit panels to keep attic airflow moving correctly — undersized or blocked ventilation is a common reason roofs fail early from the inside out. New siding went up below, with proper flashing and drip-edge detail at every wall-to-roof transition.
Doing the fascia, soffit and siding together let us keep every flashing detail consistent from the roofline down to the foundation, instead of leaving gaps between two separately-scheduled trades.
